Returns

We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging within 30 days of your return being confirmed. Products must be returned in original, unused condition with labels and tags attached.

Return shipment must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

• Order ID Number
• Item(s) you wish to return

After confirming your return, we will provide further details on how to return your parcel.

On receipt of your undamaged items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
