Where are you located?
We're based in Brighton, UK. Our products are manufactured by authentic, high-quality suppliers. We personally test each product to ensure they meet our strict quality standards
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you would like us to ship to your country, please reach out to contact@kateyang.co.uk and let us know.
How long will it take to process my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Generally your order will be shipped on the same day.
How long will it take to for my order to arrive?
All our products come with free DPD Next Day shipping. You can see a delivery estimate at checkout. A tracking number will be provided to keep you informed on your package.
Are your products drop shipped?
None of our products are drop shipped. We stock, package, process and ship all of our products here in the UK. This allows us to verify the quality of each shipment and get your order to you in time for that important event.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We will do our best to cancel or amend any orders that have not been shipped. Unfortunately once the parcel is with our carrier, we are unable to process cancellations. Please reach out to us at contact@kateyang.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order.
What is your returns policy?
We accept return requests submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging. See our returns page for more information.
